Standards and Regulations

A banner is an internet advertising format that consist in the inclusion of a piece of advertising within a website.
Most online art magazines have banners that are subsidized by their sponsors and are based on a representative image of the gallery, museum or institution that is advertised.
Its size is regulated by the IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau), an international advertising company that develops the industry standards and study the different behaviors and reactions of the audience in front of the different formats.
Depending on the size and quantity you get a different response from the audience.
This project takes the banners out of their original context and presents the IAB standards within the framework which they are supposed to advertise.
